He has Over 30 Years of Teaching, Consulting & managerial experience across the globe. He initiated his career as a Chartered Accountant- worked for the big fours As a knowledge worker in the Regulatory practice for advisory and exhortation to MNC services he has rendered advisory support under FERA/FEMA, Professional taxes, Shops and Establishment Act, registration under Sales Tax, Excise and Service taxes, RBI and Ministry of Industry, GOI. As a rank holder Chartered Accountant, he worked for over 17 years in multiple industries as a domain functional expert and consultant (delivery, project management, sales and strategy). His functional domain expertise on business process has been in the areas of discreet and process manufacturing, finance and banking, retail and public sector governance. He has worked on multiple bespoke applications for GRC including Logical applications for conducting application controls and ITGC reviews for Oracle, SAP and bespoke implementations for industries in USA and India (including SOX review requirements). On the same he has extensive experience in audit & assurance advisory services, development and testing of internal controls and management of risks. He led a practice of rack service offerings on the Technology Risk portfolio that included Sarbanes Oxley Control Reviews, Application Controls Consulting, Program Management, Information security management system development and deployment, ERP application integrity reviews and BCP/DR. As a Governance specialist, he has been involved in developing Audit & Assurance related learning materials and delivered associated courses in various countries.

He has a rich experience of over two decades in global giants like IBM and HCL in complex Technology Sales, Mega projects across multiple domains and Quality in various leadership roles in India/South Asia. Mr. Sugata Datta further leveraged this deep experience in three startups for another decade in both IT and non-IT fields, followed by his current consulting practice in Strategy and Transformation. Co-founded three startups so far in both IT and non-IT areas and nurtured them to a varied growth trajectory; some ahead of industry benchmarks. He is business sector agnostic and understands technology and business. Excels in setting up new businesses, solves business problems, improves operations, processes and profitability. Leverages digital and process transformation in all functional areas. Uses IT and conventional tools as required. Formulates growth strategies and transforms through innovation, technology and process upgradation, workload migration and Standard Operating Procedures. He leads end-to-end execution thru cross-functional teams and delivers project objectives. Extensive experience of working with the private sector, the public sector, and the government across the country.

Debkumar Pal

B.E. (Mech.) PGDBM (IIM-C)

An entrepreneur for over 20 years, he has successfully promoted firms engaged in design and development of solutions using open source technologies, analytics and business intelligence, and providing IT support services to clients with specialized focus on ERP, CRM and mobile technologies. He is currently engaged in driving an organization engaged in IT and IT services, with present employee strength of around 200. His focus areas include digitization, data processing and management projects, data conversion and ebook development, confidential recruitment examination processing services, IT and telecom infrastructure projects. He is also proprietor of the firm that provides training to students for GRE, SAT TOEFL & IELTS examinations, and specialized admission consulting services for higher studies in US colleges and universities. Further, he is currently focusing on content digitization, data processing and management projects, data conversion and e-book development etc.

Dr. Prabir Kumar Aditya

M.Sc. (Phy.), Ph.D.

He has over 27 years of experience is varied industry verticals, such as, Manufacturing, Aerospace R&D, and eGovernance, Healthcare, Warehouse Management etc. He is deeply involved in Information Technology, Solution Architecture, Project Delivery, Building of Offshore Operation Centre, and Management Development Programs for Corporate Leaders. He co-founded an IT Solutions and Services company with key focus in Analytics, Mobility and IOT. He worked as Vice President of San Jose based IT Company for their Offshore Centre in India and is in the Board of India IT organizations. He is representing Advisory Council of West Bengal based group of Engineering Colleges. He started the first Captive Centre of Fortune 17 Company UnitedHealth Care (UHG), US for their operation in Gurgaon, India from scratch. He has several research publications in different International Journals and has played key roles as Technology Evangelist in providing business process streamlining and optimization of multiple corporate sectors both in India and abroad. He is a certified member of Harvard Manage Mentor program.
